What is VaultRx?

VaultRx is a multi-media print company offering purpose-built cases, labels, and organizational solutions designed to protect and organize your setup.

Are your products original designs?

Yes. All VaultRx products are original designs created in-house and produced specifically for each order.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. All VaultRx products are made to order, which allows us to maintain quality and customization.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing the order. After that point, orders may no longer be cancelled or modified.

Where do you ship, and which carrier do you use?

VaultRx ships within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS, with expedited USPS options available for an additional fee at checkout.

Please note: Choosing an expedited shipping option does not expedite the processing of your order. If you wish to expedite the processing of your order, please contact us.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Because all items are made to order, VaultRx does not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged or has a defect?

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, or contains a significant defect or production error, VaultRx will replace the affected item at no cost. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

Minor cosmetic imperfections or natural variations inherent to the 3D printing process do not qualify for replacement.

Do products shown in photos include contents or accessories?

No. Product images may include vials, syringes, or other accessories for demonstration purposes only. Only the VaultRx cases and/or labels listed in the product description are included.

Do you offer custom labels or designs?

Custom design services are available for an additional fee. VaultRx retains ownership of all design files and does not release source or editable files.

Can I put my logo on labels?

Yes. Logos can be integrated into select VaultRx label templates for a one-time $10 logo setup fee. Logos may only be added to templates that include a designated symbol field, and must be provided on a transparent or white background.
