Terms of Service

1. Custom Artwork & Uploaded Content

When you upload logos, designs, text, or other artwork to VaultRx, you grant VaultRx permission to use that content solely for the purpose of designing, producing, and fulfilling your order.

You confirm that you own the rights to the submitted content or have proper authorization to use it.

VaultRx will never sell, distribute, or reuse your artwork for any purpose outside of producing your approved order.

2. Designs, Proofs & Customer Approval

For custom-designed items, a digital proof may be provided prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details, including spelling, dimensions, colors, layout, and content accuracy. Once a proof is approved, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before production begins. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping address.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All original designs, layouts, and artwork created by VaultRx remain the intellectual property of VaultRx, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Customers are granted the right to use the final physical products for personal or business use. Source files and editable design files are not released.

5. Limitation of Liability

VaultRx takes pride in delivering high-quality products. However, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
