Shipping

VaultRx currently ships within the United States only and uses USPS for all orders.

USPS shipping options, including expedited services, are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, VaultRx is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.

Order Processing

Order processing times vary depending on the product ordered and may be affected by holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • 3D Printed Products: 3-10 business days
    • Processing time may vary based on product size, order quantity, or material availability.
  • Product Labels: 3-5 business days

Please note: All processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, material availability, or unforeseen delays.

Returns & Replacements

All VaultRx products are made to order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Replacements for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, VaultRx will gladly provide a replacement. To be eligible, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Defective or Production Errors

If your order contains a defect or production error (such as significant misprints, printing defects, or manufacturing flaws), VaultRx will replace the affected item at no cost. Minor cosmetic imperfections or natural variations inherent to the 3D printing process do not qualify for replacement.

Exclusions

Replacements will not be issued for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from modifications or use outside the product’s intended purpose

VaultRx reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacements based on the information provided.
